Wooly Mammoth. These Mammoth carvings measure approximately 2 1/4 inches long and stand about 1 3/8 inches tall. The Mammoth roamed Alaska from 30,000 - 10,000 years ago. They are carved from Walrus ivory L. Savage. Only Alaskan Natives are allowed to work fresh Walrus ivory.
