Small Dog team carving. These Dog teams measure approximately 4 1/2 inches long and stand about 1 5/8 inches tall. They have 5 dogs, a musher, and a sled. They are mounted on an ivory base. They are carved from Walrus ivory L. Savage. Only Alaskan Natives are allowed to work fresh Walrus ivory.
